StuvEx gives you the opportunity to choose between a maintenance contract or a custom-made maintenance program.

 

A maintenance contract for peace of mind

If you opt for a maintenance contract, you opt for peace of mind:

  • The conditions under which the maintenance has to be performed are clearly defined. This way, there are never any surprises.
  • You receive your own number on which you can reach the StuvEx intervention service in case of problems. It is also available outside normal working hours.
  • We do the follow-up of your maintenance planning and inform you on time when maintenance is necessary. This way, you are always on schedule.
  • After every service or intervention an elaborate report is provided. This way you -and we - stay sufficiently informed, and potential problems can be tracked down proactively.
  • At the beginning of each year, you receive a survey of the new tariffs for that year, which comes in handy when planning the budget.
  • There is a fixed tariff for travelling time: this way the cost of possible traffic delays is for StuvEx. You will not pay a cent too much.

 

Custom-made maintenance

If you opt for custom-made maintenance, we will do whatever you prefer:

  • The maintenance can be completely performed by StuvEx service technicians.
  • Or you can perform the maintenance yourself, under supervision of a StuvEx service technician. This is a very interesting formula: you can reduce maintenance costs and still rest assured.
  • The third option is that the maintenance is completely performed by you. We take care of the training of your personnel, and they receive a certificate of attendance before they perform the first maintenance.

 

Custom-made training

The StuvEx services department also provides a tailor-made training for your operators. They learn all about the functioning and the operation of your protection system.

There is also a training for the maintenance department on the technical aspects of the installation. In this training, among other things, the members of the maintenance department are taught how to solve small problems themselves. They also discover which information they should give to the operator during telephone support. This way, personal interventions can be avoided and your problems are solved even faster.
